North Devon Green Party member and Barnstaple Town councillor, Ricky Knight, arranged for a notorious 'grot spot' in Barnstaple town centre to be transformed into a stunning new mural.
Ricky says: " We face challenging times and one of the best ways to support our local community and businesses is to ensure we keep out town centres vibrant and attractive places to visit".
Greens will be working hard to support our town centres and help people through these difficult times.
